Talk To Yourself To Create The Hypnosis Motivate To Success Formula

Talk To Yourself To Create The Hypnosis Motivate To Success Formula

Did you ever try to do away with a harmful behavior, only to fail? There is an extensive list of ordinary problem behaviors that people often try to alter or eliminate using self-hypnosis or NLP. The most common are: Overeating and weight loss; stop smoking; quit chewing tobacco; stop nail biting; increasing self-confidence; overcoming insomnia and sleeping better; improving memory; and managing stress.

WHAT THE MIND CAUSES, THE MIND CAN CURE:
The motivation for our behaviors starts in our thoughts. If you stop and think about it, all of these unconstructive behaviors are the result of negative thinking. In other words, you think and motivate yourself into all of these behaviors. Or at least you think yourself into feeling anxious, and that can be the origin of these behaviors. And in view of the fact that you think and motivate yourself into these behaviors, you can think and motivate yourself out of them as well. In order to think and motivate yourself out of them, you will need to know specifically how to go about doing so.

DESIRE:
You are almost certainly reading this editorial because you want the motivation to make some personal changes. And that is fitting for the reason that the first building block in the "Motivation Formula For Your Success" is that you must want or desire to change. If you have read this far, at least a little part of you wishes a change.

BELIEF IS REQUIRED FOR MOTIVATION:
Before anyone can eliminate a negative behavior, that person must be motivated to do so. Merely wanting a behavior to change is not adequate.

Our motivation comes from the things that we believe. If we believe that something very important to us will get better or "become enhanced" if we alter our behavior, then we will feel a high level of motivation. Conversely, if we believe that something very important to us will be placed in jeopardy if we don’t alter our behavior, we will also experience motivation to alter our behavior.

Some simple examples of these motivational beliefs would be:

If I take some weight off, then I’ll be able to find a companion.

If I kick my smoking habit, then I won’t have to worry about cancer.

If I stop biting my nails, then my hands will look a lot more attractive.

TECHNOLOGIES THAT CAN CREATE THE BELIEFS THAT LEAD TO MOTIVATION:
Neuro-Linguistic Programming – which is commonly known as NLP, provides methods that are able to instantly produce the element of belief. You can study more concerning this by reading the articles "How To Get Motivated To Exercise Using Hypnosis And NLP" and "Motivation Theory – How To Quit Smoking Using NLP And Hypnosis For Motivation." These articles are both available in my free hypnosis research library.

DECISION:
The dictionary definition of the word "Decision" is making up one’s mind / a verdict or judgment. When you believe a concept that gives you a powerful feeling of motivation to make a change, you will feel compelled to make a decision to eliminate a negative behavior. Decision is the key that unlocks the door to compelling action.

ACTION:
The dictionary defines the word "Action" as an act or deed / to do or perform. Taking action means that rather than just daydreaming about making personal changes, you will actually take steps to bring about your desired changes.

SELF-TALK:
One of the many reasons that most individuals are unsuccessful at eliminating a negative behavior is because of what they say to themselves. Self-talk is important because repeatedly it is an important part of what caused the negative behavior to begin with.

I’d like you to think about this for a moment: Let us say that you want to kick a cigarette addiction. The first thing that you are likely to say or think to yourself is: "I’m not going to smoke cigarettes anymore."

It is universal for people to tell themselves what they aren’t going to do. Unfortunately, when we tell ourselves what we aren’t going to do, we are actually programming ourselves to do it!

SELF-TALK EXERCISE:
Say the following to yourself: I can’t see blue. I can’t see polka dots . . . . . . .

I’ll bet your mind showed you the color blue, and then it showed you polka dots. That’s because when we tell ourselves what we aren’t going to do, in order to make sense of it our mind must make an image of us doing whatever it is that we would like to stop doing. And when we imagine ourselves in a behavior, our mind compels us to produce that behavior.

SUMMARY:
In order to get rid of a negative behavior, we must first want or DESIRE to eliminate it. BELIEF is the element that leads us to MOTIVATION. MOTIVATION is the drive that leads us to DECISION. DECISION is the impetus to ACTION. Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a technology that we can use to facilitate beliefs, motivation, decisions, and actions.

When we tell ourselves what we aren’t going to do, we make a mental picture of ourselves using the behavior that we want to alter. And that mental image gives us an urge to participate in the negative behavior. So if we want to abolish a negative behavior, rather than tell ourselves what we won’t do, we must always tell ourselves what we will do.

To stop smoking say: "I can live without them."

To eliminate cravings for high calorie foods or to stop chewing smokeless tobacco say: "I can live without it."

To reduce stress say: "I’m relaxed and calm, both mentally and physically."

To overcome insomnia say: "I fall asleep promptly, and sleep soundly throughout the entire night."

Student Motivation: Inspiring The Future

Student Motivation: Inspiring The Future

One of the most important aspects of a teacher’s job is to motivate students. In order for a student to be motivated, he or she must possess a desire to learn and be willing to aim this desire toward achieving academic goals. For successful student motivation to occur, a student must want to participate in the learning process.

This is not a simple task for teachers to accomplish; but when done correctly, student motivation can have great results. A high school student who has little or no interest in attending college can be motivated enough to change his or her mind. It only takes one teacher, and sometimes the guidance of parents – but it certainly can be done.

There are several factors that have a direct effect upon student motivation. Among them are:

– Academic challenges
– Parental involvement in a student’s academic life
– The building of a student’s self-esteem

Let us take a more in-depth look at each one of these factors.

Academic challenges:

Praise, enthusiasm, positive feedback, rewards, and a positive environment are just a few ways a teacher can help stimulate student motivation. Praising a student for positive efforts he or she makes in the classroom encourages learning. Through praise, a student will understand that he or she is on the right path. More often than not, praise will make the student continue to do a good job.

Rewards also work well for student motivation. Students love getting a piece of candy from the teacher’s candy jar, or even a day of no homework because of good classroom behavior. Student motivation can be achieved simply when the teacher puts a gold star on an A+ exam.

While praise and rewards promote high levels of student motivation, positive feedback from the teacher is also key. A teacher commending a student for a job well done or sending a letter to the student’s parents expressing how well their child is doing in school can greatly motivate a student. By giving positive feedback, a teacher can let a student know that they are doing well and can also suggest how a student can improve on any weaknesses. Through feedback, a student will understand what the teacher expects.

Students also benefit when a teacher is motivated to teach. Teacher enthusiasm increases student motivation. When a teacher shows excitement about a subject, he or she can motivate students to learn.

Parental involvement:

Student motivation begins when the toddler is at home learning the basic functions of life, such as walking. When the toddler is just about to take his or her first step, the parent is providing support so that the child does not fall. Every time positive recognition is received, the child is motivated to achieve more goals. This is why it is vital for parents to show support and enthusiasm during these experiences.

Another helpful way to start a young child on the right path to learning is providing educational toys and books for the child. A parent can also view educational television shows with the child. A simple toy can help a child learn ABC’s and 1, 2, 3’s. This helps build future student motivation. Coloring books, magnetic letters, building blocks, and television shows like Sesame Street are all great motivational devices. A parent should encourage a child to ask questions about such games, books, and shows. Once a child is old enough to be a student, he or she will then understand that there is nothing wrong with asking the teacher for help. After a child becomes a student, responsibility lies with the parents to become involved in his or her academic life.

Student self-esteem:

Student self-esteem comes from within the student. It can fluctuate depending on daily experiences. Students who do not receive a grade they were hoping for can experience low self-esteem. However, when a student answers a question correctly in class and gets recognized for a job well done, his or her self-esteem will be raised. A student’s self-esteem can also rise by participating in extracurricular activities. A student will feel accomplished when he or she is able to perform in a play, win a key club competition, or score a point for the basketball team.

Student motivation comes from within the student. However, there are many factors and people who can help the student remain motivated. With the will to learn and the enthusiasm of others, students will be inspired to do well in school.

Arizona real estate

Arizona real estate

Arizona real estate: The buying motivation

Arizona real estate market is really hot. The centre of a lot of action in Arizona is Phoenix metropolitan area. However, when it comes to real estate investing, every area is hot. Based on whether you are looking for Arizona real estate just as an investment avenue or whether you are looking for Arizona real estate to actually live in, your preferences would change a bit. However, one thing which you would always want is a low price. And that is something that would require some effort.
If you are looking to get a piece of Arizona real estate for yourself and your family, then you need to consider a lot of different things which will also influence your perception of the lowest (or the best price) for that Arizona real estate piece. Note that the best price for the same Arizona real estate piece might be different for different people (because their level of motivation to buy a particular Arizona real estate piece might vary). So, if you have a lot of friends living in a particular area in Arizona, then Arizona real estate in that area might become your preference and hence increase your motivation level. Similarly your buying motivation will be higher if you are planning to move into the place on account of a new job that you are taking up in that place or if you have been transferred to that place in your current job itself. If you have children, you would have to look around for Arizona real estate which has good schools around it. Again, you would like to evaluate your lifestyle and see if there is place that is in particular suited to your lifestyle.
So, there are a lot of factors that could lead to increased motivation levels. Generally, more the motivation of either side (buyer-seller), lesser is their negotiation power. So even if you are much motivated to buy a particular Arizona real estate piece, do not show it in front of the seller. Though hiding your motivation will be a bit difficult, nonetheless give it a good try. If you are looking for Arizona real estate just for investment purposes then you would probably have a lot more time on hand to evaluate various properties before you actually go ahead with one. So your buying motivation will not (and should not) be too high. Remember that if you have time on hand, you can always get better deals (and there are lot of Arizona real estate deals out there, if you were to look properly).

Motivation’s Effect On Mental And Physical Health

Motivation’s Effect On Mental And Physical Health

Many studies have been done to research the effects of motivation and mental health. As the implications of helping those with negative self-esteem, depression and anxiety are immense this is certainly an area of research that deserves a great deal of attention.

Psychology Online reports on a study investigating the differences between INTERNAL and EXTERNAL MOTIVATION. The report states that "Although our society is largely extrinsically-motivated by external rewards such as money, fame and power, research has indicated those who are intrinsically-motivated by inner desires for creativity, fulfillment and inner satisfaction are psychologically healthier and happier."

How can this help you?

The study of health psychology seeks to understand how our ability to cope with stress can help us to prevent illness and promote health. Some of these coping mechanisms are naturally inborn but may be taught to those who lack them. Motivation is one of the tools that researchers are trying to use as a combatant of negative stress reactions.

Motivation is something that we use every day. It’s what enables us to survive – to get food because we’re hungry, to go to work to pay the bills or to educate ourselves in order to pursue a higher goal in life.

How we respond to life’s demands can affect our overall health. How are you classified?

The same report on Psychology Online identified those who respond to life with negativity or anxiety as most likely to deal with the physical affects of anger, guilt, nervousness, frustration and fear. These emotions can cause hypertension and high blood pressure which can lead to heart attack or stroke. Other complications include ulcers, arthritis, asthma and kidney disease.

Some therapists suggest that by using positive self-talk and trying to restructure the WAY we look at events can offset the physical and mental effects of dealing with negative or stressful events in life.

Interestingly, people who tend to focus on themselves as the controller of their fate – in fact ‘self-motivated’ – are more likely to feel a sense of control when stressors affect them. Instead of blaming something or someone else they have the motivation to deal with a problem and look for a reasonable solution. This positive behavior helps them to achieve goals and find personal contentment.

Therapists try to teach patients how to emulate this positive reaction to stress and use their motivation as a source of empowerment. Learning to manage stress and using motivation to set goals, work through a problem or fix it can in turn promote better mental and physical health.

Motivations For Exercise And Training That Works

Motivations For Exercise And Training That Works

Exercise and training takes a lot of work. People can sometimes find it hard trying to do the same routine each and every week. The worst part is that some people then would eventually get bored and stop doing their fitness and exercise programs altogether. There are ways that you may be able to avoid this and continue on making exercise and fitness as a habit.

One of the most important thing in keeping up with any exercise and training program and sticking to it is having the proper motivation. Not being motivated to exercise and disciplined enough to stick to it as a habit can make any type of fitness program unworkable. In short, people would not be able to stick long to any fitness routine, long enough to achieve any result from the activity.

Motivation is something that does not happen in an instant. It is something that should be worked at. It is something that has to be worked upon. Just when one can easily find enough motivation, it can also be easy enough to lose. That is why you should try to psyche yourself out and try to keep that motivation up before it wanes.

The root behind the right motivation for exercise and training comes from the very reasons why you even wanted to start at all. If you wanted so much to lose weight or to build up a good physique, then that would be your primary motivation to follow an exercise and training program that would help carry out the results that you want. Then all you need to do is to keep reminding yourself every day why you are doing what you do and what you want to get from it.

One way of reminding yourself of the what you are doing to keep the motivation up is learning to have a visual cue of what you want to become after a certain exercise program. If you wish to lose weight, you might want to have a visual image of what you would possibly look like after achieving your goals. You might want to have a poster of the type of figure you wish to have after you have lost the weight you have aspires to let go of.

Another way to keep your motivation up while on an exercise program is by not doing it alone. You might wish to bring along a friend or a colleague at work who might also be after the same fitness goals as you are. This way, you have someone who can push you enough to do better doing the program and vice versa. Having a friend to work out with can help provide you with the necessary motivation that you need to keep going and to strive for your fitness goals.

Another way to keep up your motivation is by simply trying to keep track of your progress. Try to have a record of your previous weight or size and try to keep track of the changes on a weekly basis to give you an account of the pounds that you have lost and the inches that has melted away due to your hard work with exercise and training. Just by keeping track and being aware of the positive changes would even motivate you to do better and reach out for more achievement.

Success– The Key and the Fire

Success– The Key and the Fire

Self-discipline is a powerful tool that can help you accomplish about anything you can dream or imagine. Self-discipline is the act of controlling our emotions, actions, thoughts, words and personal direction. Some people seem to be naturally self-controlled and some seem to have no self-control at all. Others seem to constantly struggle with self-discipline.

Discipline is learning to say "no" to our primitive uncontrolled cravings and selfish destructive desires. We develop self-management when we begin to distinguish the difference between what is actually needed and what is truly unnecessary.

Because of the ease of modern society and our ability to get anything we want at a push of a button or the swipe of a card, it is far more difficult to exert self-control today than it has been in any other time in human history. Added to this is the brainwashing of advertising that tells us to crave things.

The first step to gaining self-control is to identify the areas where we are out of control. Work on self-denial in the areas you want to change. Deny your self a certain pleasure each day. Then begin to start small with little victories each day, like eating one less snack or watching one less television show.

A key to discipline is developing routines. People who have routines tend to be more disciplined and accomplish more. If you are one of those people who have trouble with routines, try adding just one at a time. Keep it simple. Work on the things that are most important first. Evaluate yourself regularly to see how you are doing. Reward yourself for keeping at it. Once it becomes a habit, it is much easier to maintain.

Of course, routines can be done to excess, so remember to give yourself a little healthy leeway in case the unexpected comes up.

The power behind some of the world’s greatest achievements is strong motivation and the ability to persist despite previous failures. Motivation is the fire that fuels our efforts toward success. There is no use in trying to master self-discipline if you have no motivation to have it. Motivation is a result of strong personal desire that directs a person’s actions and thoughts and helps create situations that move toward a specific accomplishment.

Motivation must come from within, not from an outside source. For example, if you diet because your spouse wants you to, it is poor motivation, and you will probably not do well at it. It is only when you truly desire to control your habits and behaviors that you will achieve self-discipline. Motivation brings about true change.

One way to increase motivation is through pressure. Tell your friends, co-workers and family about your commitment to change something in your life. Peer pressure can be a powerful motivator.

Motivation works hand in hand with self-discipline and organization. Lack in these areas can lead to a greater number of failures and failures lead to poor motivation. When you begin to structure your day and organize yourself, the motivation that moved you to change will continue to add fuel to the fire.

As you work toward change in your life, you will eventually experience failure. The only way to defeat failure is through persistence and perseverance. The most common reason people give up on achieving their goals is because they encountered failure once or twice and they become afraid to try again. Winston Churchill once said, "Success is going from failure to failure without a loss of enthusiasm." Before you even begin, you must plan to deal with failure. Be ready to persevere. Vow to never give up, no matter what, no matter how long it takes!

Motivation: Do Something About It Today!

Motivation: Do Something About It Today!

Problems with motivation are very common for people of pretty much all ages. Whether you are a young person who doesn’t have a desire to do anything in life or you are an older person who is looking for new ventures to stay motivated, it is very easy to fall into a mode of complacency. With that said, motivation is something that drives this world. Motivated people are the most successful people. Generally, they are highly motivated because they have good thinking about their goals and motivations. People who struggle motivation problems have ill thinking about the issue. Gone unchanged, this can have potentially devastating consequences.

Have you ever woken up and just decided you didn’t feel like working that day? We have all probably done that, but the majority of people push themselves through a work day anyway. People who lack motivation would rather just lay in bed rather than facing the day. This is something that can cost a person his or her job or it can cause major social problems. As a general rule, people are more attracted to motivated people than to lazy people. It is one of those facts of life that is completely natural.

Problems with motivation require a change in thinking or they will continue to manifest themselves. It is impossible to get the most out of your life if you go through without any motivation. One great way to change your thinking and get motivated on the tasks at hand is to go through hypnosis. Hypnosis is not that trick you see in a magic show. It is something that is real, easily accessible, and can do a great deal to change your mindset regarding work. If you don’t like the idea of heading to a clinic, then maybe self hypnosis is for you. As a practicing hypnotherapist, I can tell you that many people have found their cure for motivation problems with a couple of trips to my clinic.

Though hypnosis is usually associated with helping problems like smoking or stress, it can help things like motivation problems, as well. It all comes down to making a change in your thinking. Hypnosis is something that can influence your mindset and your outlook on individual days and the future. Do yourself a favor and grab some information on hypnosis to see if it is right for you. You would be surprised to see how many people have been greatly satisfied with their results.

Self-motivation: The Desire To Succeed

Self-motivation: The Desire To Succeed

It’s 6 in the morning. The alarm clock is buzzing, and you’re thinking to yourself, "What’s the point in getting up this early for work?" For some of us, the motivation is simply the desire to shut off the clock that is vibrating off the nightstand. But for others, it is truly self-motivation. It is an internal alarm clock that motivates a person to make the best of his or her day.

Certainly, everyone wants to succeed in the world. Everyone wants to have a purpose, to be at the top of the corporate ladder, or to be the best he or she can be in any given area. But why do some people succeed in doing these things, and others do not? The answer is: self-motivation.

There are several factors that contribute to self-motivation. They include:

-Self-esteem
-Desire to succeed
-Will power
-Mental stability
-Family
-Life goals
-Daily activities
-Daily pleasures

All of these factors will directly affect success in a career, in academics, in playing sports, and in marriage and parenting. Whether you desire the highest position possible at your job, or graduating with a 4.0 grade point average, you need self-motivation to do it. Self-motivation drives an athlete to score the winning soccer goal, just as it drives a parent to be a good role model for a child.

Along with the desire to succeed comes mental stability. Everyone has a bad day here and there; but what self-motivates a person to continue on with the bad day? The answer is mental stability. The mind is a great force. When you put your mind to accomplishing something, you will try your best to do it. As a result, your will power is tested. Being able to stay self-motivated and focused on what is important rather than "throwing in the towel" allows you to succeed in the end. Will power, mental stability, and the desire to succeed are all the result of self-motivation.

Another factor that drives self-motivation is the family unit. Family can self-motivate an individual to be successful. An individual – especially a working spouse – will crave the family’s pride and approval. The working spouse self-motivates himself or herself simply by worrying whether or not the family is taken care of financially. The working spouse will most likely want to earn a high paycheck, and in the end provide for the family. Children often idolize their parents and will mimic what they see their parents doing. In the end self-motivation is passed on from one generation to the next, as it is an important role in family affairs.

Lastly, self-motivation is driven by daily goals and basic daily routines such as losing weight or learning how to play a sport. The simple daily pleasure of waking up to see the sun shine, to hear the birds singing, or even listening to the rain are all pleasures which can self-motivate a person to get up in the morning.

Daily Motivation: What Motivates You Each Day?

Daily Motivation: What Motivates You Each Day?

Every experience that a person has impacts him or her positively or negatively. All of the positive moments most likely enhance our daily motivation. Daily motivation is what enables us to strive to be better people, to work towards goals, and to lead fulfilling lives.

Setting goals:
Many of us set goals for ourselves. In turn, these goals motivate us to work hard to achieve success. Goals drive an individual’s daily motivation. Goals such as getting a Master’s degree, having a high-paying job, getting married, purchasing an expensive car, or mortgaging a home drive a person to succeed. When setting a goal, a person must remember that taking small steps to achieve it helps keep up a positive attitude. It is best not to get overwhelmed with attaining a huge goal quickly; but rather one should take small steps to get it done. The desire to accomplish a goal is what keeps people going, even on bad days.

Attitude:
A positive attitude is a source of daily motivation. Believing that one of your goals is too difficult to achieve will eventually prevent you from achieving it. Having a negative attitude will cause you both internal and external stress. A negative attitude will de-motivate you, and put you on the road to failure. To achieve your goals, you must be able to tell yourself that every goal can be attained with hard work. If you tell yourself that you can do it, chances are that you will. Never underestimate the power of the mind. Daily motivation is all about attitude and outlook.

Religion:
While not all of us are religious, many people who are will agree that religion helps improve daily motivation. Religion can be used as a great motivational tool for people from all walks of life. Religion – no matter what kind – encourages mindfulness and internal motivation. The religious depend on their beliefs to strengthen them mentally.

People often depend on their religion when things are going downhill. Prayer and meditation inspire those who might otherwise turn to drinking, food, or drugs to nurture their spirits. Religion may help some people to be more mentally and physically healthy. Therefore, religion is a positive source of daily motivation.

The desire to live:
Daily motivation also comes in the simple desire to live. Whether children, a job, or money inspires someone to get out of bed in the morning, that person is motivated by something in life.

Even things as simple as nature can motivate someone to maintain a positive attitude about life even when times get hard. A person can take pleasure in nature’s beauty by taking time to smell the roses or listen to the birds sing. Studies show that people who live in warmer climates have a more positive attitude about life in general. These same people also have the tendency to go outside and exercise more often. This exercise brings about a sense of inner peace and positive feelings, thus becoming a daily motivation for many people.
